HB2011 HFA Skinner & Manchin 2-6

            Delegates Skinner and Manchin move to amend the bill on page 6, section 2, line 79, following the words “working condition” by striking the period and inserting the following:

            “shall be provided by the preponderance of evidence.”

            And,

            On page 6, section 2, by striking out lines 80 through 82, and on page 7, section 2, by striking our lines 83 through 95, and striking out the section designation (d) on line 96, and inserting the following:

            “(1) West Virginia Rules of Evidence shall govern evidence of actual knowledge;

            (2)”

            And, re-lettering subsequent subsections as is appropriate.
